Talent Advisory & Executive Search
Most recruiters ask what the role is. I ask why it's still open. Sixteen years inside real companies across India, the UAE and the US taught me that those are two different questions, and only one of them gets you a hire who stays. Now I bring that judgment to growing businesses that want more than a stack of CVs.
The calls I get
"We've been trying to hire a Sales Director for five months."
"Our recruiters aren't delivering, and we can't tell why."
"Great candidates keep declining our offers."
"We're growing fast, but hiring has become a mess."
"Our attrition is too high and we don't know the root cause."
"The interview process takes forever and good people drop off."
Every one of these looks like a recruitment problem. Often, it isn't. That's exactly where I start →
The approach
Sometimes recruitment genuinely is the answer. Sometimes the salary sits thirty percent below market, the interview loop runs seven rounds deep, the hiring manager rejects everyone who walks in, or the role itself was never realistic. I won't know which one it is until I've looked. Neither will you.
Most searches fail the same way. The job description never changes. The same thirty CVs land in the same inbox. A loop nobody thinks to question runs again and again. I call that hiring theatre, and I don't run it. Before I take on a search, I earn the right to run it.
I spend real time understanding your business, the role, your process, compensation, the interview journey and what the market will actually bear.
I tell you plainly whether recruitment solves this, or whether the real bottleneck is process, pay, leadership or brand.
If a search is the answer, I lead it end to end. If it isn't, I tell you what will actually fix it instead.
The methodology
Agencies compete on databases. Consultants compete on experience. I compete on a way of thinking: a repeatable method that turns a vague hiring frustration into a problem you can actually solve.
Understand the business behind the role and what "right" actually looks like.
Pressure-test whether hiring is the real bottleneck at all.
Build the search or the intervention, with an honest scorecard both sides sign off on.
Run it with rigour: outreach, shortlists, an offer strategy built to land, not just to be sent.
Leave the team stronger than I found it: coaching, process, capability that outlasts the search itself.
Why me, specifically
Scale, brand recognition, a large existing database.
A junior handoff right after the pitch. A generic process. Silence once the invoice is sent.
Lower fees, faster turnaround, willing to try almost anything once.
The same playbook as everyone else. No visible point of view until it's too late to tell the difference.
Diagnoses before staffing. Senior on the search from the first call to the last.
Fewer roles running at once. That's on purpose. Depth over volume, every time.
The real enemy
The unchanged job description. The same thirty CVs. The seven-round loop nobody questions. The role that reopens in six months because the first fix was cosmetic.
What I do
Everything here connects to a single promise: helping you attract, hire and retain the right people.
Finding the people who are hard to find, and harder to convince.
Fixing the system that produces the hire, not just the hire itself.
Building teams that don't need re-hiring next year.
Why me
I haven't just observed good and bad hiring. I've lived it. That gives me judgment about what's really going on, and the honesty to say it out loud.
You'll hear the truth about your role and your process before I ever quote a fee.
Senior on the first call and senior on the last. No junior team. No disappearing act.
A short, considered shortlist. Never thirty irrelevant CVs.
Leadership hiring calibrated across India, the UAE and US markets.

A good fit
Past the scrappy stage, scaling fast, where one wrong leadership hire is genuinely expensive.
People who want a straight answer, from a partner who actually understands the business.
The search that's stayed open too long. The offer that keeps getting turned down.
Per role, for leadership and business-critical hires where getting it right matters more than getting it fast.
A monthly partnership. I plug in as your senior talent lead, without the full-time headcount.
Ongoing counsel on process, strategy and retention, on call when you need it.
Let's talk
A thirty-minute call, no charge and no pitch. Tell me what's actually going on with the role, and I'll tell you honestly what I think is happening.
